  Customer sent steelbook in a bubble mailer and it came badly damaged. The seller offered to make a claim immediately and had good communication. Not how either of us wanted this transaction to go, but I was fully refunded and returned the steelbook. I’m disappointed, but don’t hold it fully against the seller, except for they probably should have shipped it in a box, or with better protection to ensure it arrived safe.
