  WA delivery location clearly stated in docs yet product was sent to IL. This was something I needed and was okay with the projected delivery date upon ordering. However when the product didn't show up I contacted seller. Second time I contacted seller I told them I was going to dispute the charge if I didn't get a refund. That prompted the refund. Ordered product from different vendor. However, although far from life threatening, the delay in receiving the product has caused some inconvenience.
