  Arrived lickety split and as advertised; this is my 2nd one from the same seller this summer and both times I was surprised to see they were unopened boxes from Home Depot and the packing slips with my name & address were from Home Depot (you can't beat that).

  Ordered this and got shipping info and was tracking package. 2 days later i get a email saying my order was refunded and wasn't getting my order. Still tracking a package until delivery day where it was delivered to somewhere else. So i was given a total strangers tracking info for a package that was never sent to me. Not sure that even happens unless shipper is totally unorganized or doesn't have any QC. I Will avoid this seller in the future.

  This is the second time this year I experience a seller not honoring a purchase but instead refund money. Their reason for not fulfilling, in my opinion, is phony. You list an item to sell and then say the item would take to long to deliver. Normally I wouldn't care but it was something I want at a good price. There are many good sellers on ebay, but the few surely hurt the integrity of the marketplace.

  I love the vacuum. Unfortunately the shipper really buggered the unit up. I contacted them and they did bend over backwards to have it picked back up and returned. They also gave me immediate refund. Although this sale fell thru I must compliment the seller for doing such a good job working with me. Thank you
