    Received item well packaged, in good condition & on time. Good quality, appearance & value. However, seller sent me the wrong item. Item ordered was PVA080K12H-P01. The item I received was PVA080GH-P01, which will not fit my computer. I messaged the seller three times. I have not received a response from the seller. Issue NOT remedied.

    On a $4 fan, we were charged another $5.49 for shipping from postal service. Once the fan arrived there was postage due of another $3.50. We tried to contact the seller and never heard back. Also it took 8 days to get here. I have bought a lot of parts from ebay and there is no way I would ever buy from this person ever again. BEWARE.

    Item did not deliver by the date, he or she didnt even give the package to be shipped, only ups made a tracking label and that was the end of it, i contacted the seller and they said they will check on it and if it wasnt shipped they would ship it faster. but they did not. as you can see in the pictures of the product... there is none because there was NO PACKAGE
