    Product quality was poor, with heavy use and not described. Product shipping was okay. Product packaging not so good. Product description was okay, but should have included information such as "heavy use and worn switches". Product value is not good given the condition. Product appearance is poor.

    The item description and seller description clearly states that several key faces worn off. This was also clearly visual in the photos. So I am unsure how else you would want to be informed of such information. I can only assume you bought on the mobile app which eBay hides the descriptions on.

    Great quality, condition is exactly as described great value and looks much better then the one that comes with the doorbell camera. Only gave 4 stars for shipping because I do not like paying for shipping I would rather have it rolled up in the cost but I’m just weird.
