Product description was okay, but should have included information such as "heavy use and worn switches". Product value is not good given the condition. Product appearance is poor.

    The item description and seller description clearly states that several key faces worn off. This was also clearly visual in the photos. So I am unsure how else you would want to be informed of such information. I can only assume you bought on the mobile app which eBay hides the descriptions on.
