  I ordered a power supply, it was incredibly well packaged and protected, lots of bubble wrap and anti-static bags. The included power cable listed in the description was missing, but I messaged their support team and was met with a very quick and polite response, more than happy to send one over. 10/10 experience on my end.   This seller was fantastic. The products came as described and worked perfectly. The product was well worth the price. It was in great condition. It looked good, with only a few minor scratches on it, but these were all described within the product description. The seller forgot to include an additional included wifi component, but after contacting them they sent one over right away. Would buy from them again!

  Sadly there was a mix-up in a the listing. However, this seller was at least quick to reach back out, to admit there was a screw up on their end and to not charge me for return shipping. It was close to what was described, but it was a model number mix-up. The packaging was top notch and for Laptops at an affordable price to at least get a vote of confidence whether they work or not upfront was appreciated. Even came with a slip of paper to describe what was expected.

  Fantastic price for OptiPlex 7080 (I purchased 3 total). Packaging was excellent, large, thick bubble wrapping. Shipping time was acceptable, from Florida to California via UPS Ground on 6/20, arrived 07/01. Note -- Dell NVMe M.2. mounting screw was missing, Dell's custom M.2 screws go for $10/ea on eBay. Excellent seller.

  Great experience. The unit was as described, and there were no faults other than what was described by the seller or obvious in the pictures. I want to especially call out the packaging. The seller removed the rack ears so they would not get bent in shipping. The unit was packed in several layers of bubble wrap and the ears were wrapped separately. The screws for the ears were in a little envelope. I have bought new stuff that was not packaged this well. Outstanding work by the seller!
