    Package arrived on time and well wrapped (no damage). Unfortunately, my label was mixed up with someone else's and I received the wrong item. The seller reached out to the other party, but they never responded. She promptly refunded my money, told me to keep the dress I received by mistake and was very apologetic. Mistakes happen...we're only human. I would happily buy from her again. She definitely did the right thing by me and that's just good business in my opinion.
