    4 days after purchasing item, seller marked "shipped untracked". After pointing out that USPS Ground Advantage includes tracking, they provided a label, showing USPS hadn’t received the item. When expected delivery date passed with no update, I opened an eBay claim. Seller insisted it had shipped, but tracking suggested otherwise. 2 days later, USPS received it, and it was quickly delivered. Despite the delays, item was exactly as described with great deal. I’m satisfied but will not buy again.
