  The seller was very responsive and willing to negotiate on the price, but the pictures were a little deceiving. The picture quality was great of the item and it appeared almost new. However, when we received it, it was shipped in a lightweight bag taped together, and appeared VERY used and in need of a wash. This wasn't described in the listing and definitely not how it appeared in pictures. My daughter is still very happy with it after it was given a good bath.
