  Sadly, this arrived in pieces and shards. The packing was good but the carrier must have handled it badly. Therefore, while it arrived quickly, it was disappointing. This was not the fault of the seller. She was very communicative and refunded me immediately. It was just as described, as far as I could tell. Having looked at other ceramic arrangements, this was the best bang for the buck! So sad this happened.

  Shipping was fast and very well packed. In fact, I was impressed with the shipping material because it acted as an insulator which is a brilliant idea and maybe a happy accident on the Sellers part but it keeps the vehicle cool since it has a rubber band that will damage the paint.

  Did not get the book I ordered as shown above. Got instead a dog book (I’m a cat person). Contacted the seller they said they would refund the money that oh well someone else got my book and I got theirs. I wrote back asking if they had contacted the other personwho may want they’re dog book and have not heard back
