  WOW... I don't even know where to begin. I am completely impressed. I am always a bit fearful shipping CRT's, because in the past they have been destroyed in shipping. This monitor arrived in excellent condition and is working! They did a PERFECT job of packing. First they put a layer of plastic wrap around the monitor to protect it from any packing materials. Packing peanuts were contained in their own sealed bag. The items price was very fair. And the shipping costs was fair as well.

  The monitor that Resurface-Reuse Empire sent to me was not the same as the one in the photos, as it had image quality issues that were not present in the listing. I reached out and we worked together, trying our best to resolve the issues it had. After we exhausted our options to fix it, RRE refunded the price of the item. Resurface-Reuse Empire are honest people and they've earned my trust. I'll likely be buying from them again. Thank you so much!

  Was a GREAT buying experience! I did order the item via expedited shipping and paid extra, however it was actually shipped standard. I contacted the seller who promptly assured me that if there were any issues receiving the item and/or if it came damaged, to let them know so they could resolve the issue for me, and immediately offered to refund my amount for the additional shipping cost. Everything came excellently packaged and in PERFECT shape for being used. Will definitely recommend highly!
