    The item arrived sooner than promised, a plus. Unfortunately, the item did not work. I contacted the seller and was issued an apology and an immediate refund. This is an extremely honest merchant, and I will not hesitate to shop again. I wish all sellers were as good as this. By the way, the item was new in box and the workability of the item was beyond the seller's control. The apology was completely unnecessary due to the seller doing nothing wrong, but it was greatly appreciated.
