    reolink is fairly consistent as a vendor - be it ebay or direct. the biggest plus is that they stand behind the product. over the years and many purchases, i have had one problem with an nvr but they replaced it. they may be a little slow if you make an offer but they've gotten better. they need to do better with the nvr description and provide an accurate model and hardware number. the cam i ordered arrived and it was flawless.

    Ordered a new "Open Box" Rlc 823s2 . The sent me a used "refurbished" camera. I requested a return for the correct one I ordered. First I received an email asking for clarification, they said I ordered the refurbished one. I sent pics of order and sticker on the box that said refurbished. After that, they only replied in French!!!! I don't speak French, this is the USA!!!!!! Customer service is horrible!!! Don't even waste your time trying to call, no one ever answers!!!!!
