  this saler(18883) does not answer on chat. and they update the tracking number but they did not sent the item. i try to call ebay. and ebay said i can't cancel because they have the tracking number. i don't have anyone help me on my right. the item did't ship and i cant cancel my order and i try to give them 1 star but the app did't let me do it
