I bought open box that arrived broken. Instantly burned on me and nonstop fault alert. Renogy has been zero help. They required all these videos and information, but then ignore you after that. They shipped me a completely defective returned unit and are ignoring me. I will be forced to ask eBay to step in. BEWARE! I never thought they’d be this bad of a company, I had tons of renogy products but will never support them after this. BEWARE, shipping broken used products

Had one panel shattered and was replaced with damaged panel, went to install panels and both of the others had damage as well .Seller contiously trying to stall handling issues with damaged panels. Insufficient packaging leading to 3 of 3 panels arriving damaged. Called the company directly and sent pictures of damaged panels and they sent a reply asking for pictures of damaged panels? Can't help but feel like they are giving me the run around.
