They ship quality items that are in great condition even if refurbished they package them well with plastic corners to prevent any damage and if there is any, it is dealt with swiftly and with care. I can’t afford to get an entire system at once but like how they are always going on sale so I can get a few at a time. And with free shipping it’s a great deal. They also have great packaging so the product came in perfect condition, even though the box looked a bit beat up. Definitely buying again.
