    The item arrived but did not work. Seller was very responsive and attempted every option to get the inverter to work. I ended up getting a partial refund and a replacement board that seemed to fail and we both concluded to. Unfortunately the Inverter still did not work. Seller offered to full refund after returning and still offered an additional 20% odd their store items for the hassle. Excellent seller and would buy from again!

    Due to my undetermined power surge, I could not confirm that the product was defective. The seller really worked with me to figure out my problem even though my 5k was out of warranty. They offered me a significant discount on a 9k to offset my issues. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will be buying from them again.
