  Although the auction stated no returns/refunds, I had contacted my local dealership and a few local locksmiths, and I couldn't find anyone willing to program keys which weren't brand new and purchased direct from the manufacturer due to possible liability and issues with programming. At first my cancellation request was declined, but then I explained the situation and received a refund. I appreciate the seller making this a positive experience.
