    Order arrived within 24 hours. Packaged well. Remote is as described in the listing. Not as nice as the original remote but it works ok. Took a couple of tries to pair but finally did. Within 4 minutes of ordering I realized it was not a backlit remote and tried to cancel the order but it could not be cancelled. With the fast shipping I can see why, they are very speedy in fulfilling the order. Will be good to keep as a backup in case something happens to the original.

    The remote control did not work with my CD player and so they sent me another one with the same result. The seller was helpful and apologized and always offered a reimbursement; they even offered a third remote which I did not want. I got a reimbursement in the end. The seller was amazing. I am only sorry we could not find the right remote.
