You can exchange any time for an equal amount of merchandise if the item sold, is found by Certified Authenticator not to be the Authentic artifact or fossil we advertised it as being. A letter, specific to the fossil or artifact in question from a Certified Authenticator, must be brought in with the item for the exchange to be acceptable.
