This was 1 original stone from group of 3 Imperial Topaz with 1 tanzinite ordered. This stone ok and arrived the 2nd a replacement arrived. The 3rd Imperial topaz was charged and added on listing price of tanzinite purchase order not listed with offer. That's 10 ct Imperial topaz not willing to send before a 14ct didn't turn up at extra expense. Sneaky and now denied extra topaz payed for. Seller uses manipulation of situations self created not wanting to deliver goods sold. Warning rip-offs ⚠️

We have not cheated them, whatever we have shown them, we have sent them, they have taken stones from us before also and have not made even a single complaint and now they are telling us wrong. We have explained to them many times that they are not ready to understand and they are not ready to understand us. He is saying all the time that I will complain to eBay, he is not understanding us, he himself is a fraud buyer.
