  Though the typewriter machine arrived in excellent shipping condition we soon discovered that the ribbon cartridge installed had been used up and wasn't advancing. Upon contacting the seller, we were offered a refund for the price of a new ribbon cartridge without any hassle. No problem there. Appreciate the prompt resoluation and the typewriter works as advertised. We are pleased.

  Bought a VHS Tape. I’m sure the item was just as described, but it arrived damaged and unplayable. Personally I blame the mail carrier over the shipper, as the way it arrived seems it broke in the package. Luckily I repair tapes, so no harm done necessarily for me. I believe the seller was honest and did their part with care. Would not discourage me from purchasing again in the future if the opportunity came.
