  Item as described. I think I paid a fair price. Item was shipped quick! However, actual shipping moved at the speed of USPS. (I think they are still using mules.). Bible was shipped in bubble wrap envelop; that provided adequate protecting. Highly recommended this seller.

  Shipped fast but packaging was not that great, three hardcover books in a too large box (or two boxes taped together) were in quite a rough shape after international shipping. Some of the damage can be seen on the listing photos including the knife slash (?) on the third book’s backcover but just barely, I would suggest more detailed photos. But I’m happy to keep the books since it was a decent price for the non-misprint edition of these books and they are very hard to find in Europe.

  The encyclopedias are in beautiful condition, better than described, and they were packed judiciously into two boxes instead of one unmanageably heavy one. They were shipped quickly. This set is of great sentimental value to me--someone gave my previous set away by mistake. The price seemed reasonably in line, and the books are in wonderful shape.

  Item not as described, broken, and pictures weren't correct! I received a game with the case broken in half, disk holder unable to hold disk without falling out, and a chunk missing. NO broken pieces were in the packaging envelope, so it was NOT damage during shipping. I contacted the seller with detailed pictures, only for them to NOT be accountable for their lack of honesty with the correct pictures, and description. I was told a handful of excuses from the seller, so I don't recommend seller!

  I noticed you didn't mention that our first message to you said "sorry about this - send the item back and we'll issue a refund." There were no excuses. instead, you responded with threatening this very feedback. That's fine. We offered you a refund - you decided not return it. Your choice.

  The shipping was very quick. The item was actually in better condition than the pictures made it look. The books are in really good shape. This is a great value compared to the price I would have had to pay from the company that normally sells them. I’m so glad I made this purchase. The seller also quickly answered a question that I had about the books.

  had a very easy experience with the seller, quick shipping, book was put in padded envelope. I feel like the photos could’ve done a better job at showing the listed damage as it was more than I expected, in the end it is fine as it wasn’t hidden and was listed accordingly.
