Item received was damaged, item was listed as fully working but the camera had been clearly forced off its bracket causing the latch to break, item was sent like this so seller was aware.
Whilst it was returned and refunded under the eBay guarantee, it’s a big waste of time dealing with these unnecessary issues.
Don’t lie in the listing and it would save everyone’s time and money.

I bought this because it said it was new but on receiving it , no charger lead no qr code when I tried bar code it said I had to wait 15 days because it was already registered to someone else I contacted the seller and they said sorry it didn’t work ? Sorry that you sent a second hand one out when listing says new still awaiting for a refund no good at all ☹️

Really sorry to see that you received a doorbell that was already registered, these should all have been tested so I am not sure if it possible that whoever tested it here accidentally forgot to de-register our testing account.
