Sadly it was not packed to prevent damage – the contents in the envelope rattled about when I shook it and there was no 'Delicate Contents' warning written on the envelope.   I purchased a new in box item but the packaging I received had already been opened and inner packaging was torn. The bulb appears to function properly so hopefully this is not a second or refurbished item. Prompt delivery and good communication. I have bought from this seller before and they offer competitively priced goods.

  have bought a couple of refurbished They sell a range of refurbished items I can only comment on the two I have bought. The items arrived well packaged and within a week. Both items were accurately described. They had some very small scratches which you would expect. Both in excellent working order. Items come with a guarantee, which they will honour without quibbling. You can’t fault the customer service. They are very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend

  Item arrived on time and was packaged with the other item I ordered in a black plastic bag. The doorbell was well priced and had previously been opened as the seal was broken. Everything was still inside the box. However I had to return it as it has to be hardwired and I wanted a battery only one. Sent back awaiting refund. Good seller would use again

  Ordered, turned out to be a 1st generation firestick (my fault I didn't read listing properly) arrived not in the original packaging but that is clearly stated in the listing, was well packed regardless, works well, no power adapter was in the package but this was quickly sorted with a quick message to the seller who sent one out promptly and apologised, happy overall 👍

  AirTags delivered quickly but not in original packaging. Have been placed in bubble wrap, so to describe as new is a bit cheeky. No mention of not being supplied not in original packaging. Great value for money, but disappointed with packaging
