    Item received and it was the part i needed. Seller not responsive to messages, I sent a message with pictures to verify that it was the correct part. No response. They have no pictures of the part in the listing. I took a chance and ordered it. Everything else went smooth with the transaction. Packaging was good. Shipping was a little high but what isn't these days! Thanks!

    The product came in damaged by the shipper (UPS). Broken pieces were in the box, and the tail light showed no damage in the picture, so it happened in shipping. The seller immediately apologized and offered a replacement or a full refund. He issued a full refund immediately, as I chose to with new lights. The box, when it arrived, was quite beat up, so I took photos before opening it so that I can show to UPS for the seller if need be to verify the package was handled roughly. 5 star seller!

    These individuals lack effective communication. The products are not described not pictures. I understand that the products are used, but when you ask questions in advance and don’t receive an answer, and then you receive something you paid for that you can’t use, it’s not a pleasant experience. They will ship the item the days you are suppose to receive it. Save yourself the hassle and buy from someone else.
