    The seller was great. After receiving it, I had concerns and they were addressed immediately. That being said, when the reviews of the V12 say it has a small capacity, it is true. We emptied the container 3x for a 9x12 carpet. I don't know if my previous vacuum just didn't suck as well, or that this one requires additional work.

    Product was exactly as stated. Shipping was quick but for how much the item was marked up, I believe should’ve been shipped for free. I needed the vacuum head otherwise I would’ve waited for it to go back in stock on Dyson for much cheaper. But, this seller did sell me what i needed and shipping was quicker than stated.

    The replacement that I received appears to be an identical part to the original that had broken. Although it was an expensive part, time will tell whether it was a wise purchase or whether I would have been better off purchasing a new vacuum. I am optimistic that it will give me as much service as the original and possibly a lot more.

    Not the item pictured. Seller did not state that it was representative picture. What I received was far from the condition and not even the same colors as the picture. Response to my complaint was offer of a tiny refund. They did offer to accept return. I declined because it is a headache to repack and ship this item. It does work, but I would never recommend a seller who lies in the listing
