Who is Redeemed Resellers? We are Chris and Sara Collins and we call Northwest Arkansas home. We are lovers of Christ, family, baseball, good books, and all things outdoors. We have six children, 4 of whom we have home educated through to graduation so far.

What does our name mean? First and foremost, we are Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb of God and that effects everything we do in life and business, Second, we are Resellers, which means we locate and find unique items that we believe our customers are searching for and offer it to them at competitive prices,

    Received a defective item, sent pictures and description to the seller. Response was “I’m sorry to hear that. Thank you for letting me know…” Politely stated afterward that I am disappointed to have paid for a defective item. No response back. I tried to be generous and not leave feedback, allowed ample time for any kind of response, and still nothing over a week later. Never in my 24 years on eBay has a seller blown me off in the very few times there was ever an issue. Poor customer service.
