  I’ll start by saying this is a quality vendor & I recommend doing business with them. My belt came in the general timeframe expected. After unpacking it I discovered a small crack in the main plate, probably from shipping,but they offered a replacement. That seemed like a huge logistic hassle and they’d be out 2 belts which isn’t fair to them, so I accepted instead a partial refund. The customer service & communication was quick & professional.   I am very pleased with this order. I communicated with the seller that I accidentally selected thr black strap and they swapped it over to a crimson one with no hassle at all. They also got it delivered well in time for Christmas. My only complaint is a very small scratch on the front plate (in the blue area under the "C") that looks like it probably happened during shipping. Regardless of that slight blemish I'm VERY pleased with this product and experience overall. Thank you
