  This seller has great communication skills. They QUICKLY responded to my questions & addresses all my concerns. I was kept updated on the required extensive packaging, & drop off status. The packaging was done with great care, & FedEx was used (@ my request. FedEx usually does better with Hi-Fi equipment). Dual 1219 turntables are HARD TO SHIP successfully.
