  I ordered a headlight and good condition when it arrived the main tab was broken, after contacting the seller, he said, I could only return it and buy a new one. After doing that the second one came in broken. I waited around two weeks for each headlight. Did not want to go through the process again. So I contacted the seller again and he told me the most he will discount is $25. Better than nothing. I was hoping to get at least $35 back because of a broken headlight.Hope they can package better

  Received package with box shaped like a banana, so I just new part was broken during shipping. I snapped some pics and seller was going to see what UPS would do. Three weeks later they gave me a full refund despite UPS doing nothing to help seller. I was worried what might have happened, but this seller went above and beyond making it right. A+++++++++
