Seller claimed it was a different model than the one pictured but then went on to explain and described the model in the pictures which was confusing and would not respond to further questions .     The 2019 Macbook Pro A2141 was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. It was exactly as described by the seller, and has been working fine since installing a Time Machine backup from my previous (dead) computer. In fact I'm using it now to leave this feedback.
