    Chromebook was absolutely mint, had two battery cycles, and it worked just fine out of the box. Transaction with this seller was great, except for UPS shipping. Promise date was Sept 21, item rec'd Sept 26. UPS tracking didn't show updates past Sept 20 until the box arrived. This seller communicated with me but had little more to share. All in all, great transaction.

    Laptop did not include power supply even though the listing said that it was included. Tried to contact them to resolve it but they didn't want to send the power supply. Pretty much a scam seller. They use stock photos and descriptions and then send you whatever they feel like.
