  I'm very happy with my purchase. This is an older device although it was still brand new in the packaging. When I turned it on the top graphics worked but the card Graphics did not. I thought the device was broken. I reached out to the seller and she was willing to let me return it for a refund. On the off chance it was the batteries, even though the top graphic was working, I went ahead and tried new batteries. Now the device is fully working. I really appreciate the seller!
