When I complained, seller insisted that was the distressed look intended by the designer and refused to admit the discrepancy or cover the cost of return. Attached are pictures of the boots I received versus comparable example of NEW yet distressed ones provided by the manufacture. SUMMARY: distressed≠worn. inaccurate description and denial. Waste of time and money. These boots have not been worn, as you can see by the bottom of the boots!! I provided pictures of the boots, they are distressed boots that are made to look worn. My policy - accept returns buyer pays shipping!
