  Initially I was sent a probe that was mismatched to the actual computer portion of the bladder scanner. I reached out to the company and the issue was rectified immediately. A new machine and price were promptly sent out the following day and I returned the mismatched ones. I received the new machine and probe today and am happy to report that they are both in excellent working order.

  First issue came was the cord was missing and stand was bent. Seller immediately sent new stand and cord. However the device had an issue and would not scan properly. Return was already closed after stand and cord issue but seller gave me full refund. Excellent customer service despite the issues.
