  This item was priced very aggressively. These filters get consistently high positive ratings. And, this kit usually sells for about $400. This was marked as NEW. The box arrived and was not shrinkwrapped, the box was dented on the corners suggesting it was not new. The filters and everything inside appeared to be fine. I contacted the seller and he apologized, assured they were new (he had opened the box to check condition). The seller offered me a $20 credit to make good. Nice service!

Item was as described: There was damage to the corner of box, and a plastic case inside had pieces cracked/broken off, but didn't affect anything important, and could have happened in shipping. Regardless, I'm ecstatic; the price on this had me worried (incredible discount), especially since I bought a similar item "New", that wasn't. Excellent experience with this seller. Thank you!
