    Doll was exactly as described and was a great value. Packaging was double wrapped in plastic, so protected from liquid but not from crushing (which doll was not crushed but wasn't protected should she have been). I would encourage the seller to include some foam or bubble wrap on dolls in the future.

    Fast shipping Packaging decent Value decent Appearance new Condition - Item did not work on arrival and I had to call customer service support for the item and was luck to get help fixing the issue. The seller did offer return for refund and communication was good. Overall It all worked out in the end. Got the item working and all was well, but I felt a partial refund offer should have been at least issued for my troubles.

    Item was better than described especially for the value . The packaging was top notch and shipping was SUPER FAST! I received item in just under a week. It was during a major ice/snow storm and during the death of President Carter (usps was closed day of funeral and we weren't able to get mail because of ice storm another day). I was so impressed with the shipping and packaging being that seller shipped from Wisconsin to me in Georgia during the death of President and the ice storm. God Bless 🙌

    The box arrived crushed on both ends but these cups were packaged so well that they were unharmed. I received them in excellent time considering that USPS is running so slow. ( It takes time to sit on all the boxes ) These are in great shape and exactly as described. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
