    The items arrived quickly, but damaged in shipping. The stein was well packaged, but clearly damaged in shipping. I reached out to the seller with pictures of the packaging and the item. I was issued s full refund. This seller did everything they could to ensure a safe delivery. Unfortunately, the USPS did a poor job this time. I hope that I will find another item to purchase from this seller. This seller provided me with great customer service.
