  arrived a tad late, but the customer service was absolutely INCREDIBLE. never had such good service from an online shop before- they even offered to replace had it not shown up by the end of the week (luckily it did!) item was brand new (still sealed) and packaged really well- good price too for a resell. completely unscathed arriving here. 10/10, would buy from this seller/shop again in the future. thank you for answering all my questions and being so kind, olaya!

  The seller packaged the Blu-ray/DVD/CD box set with care in appropriate cardboard mailers to prevent damage to the box set cover and the discs and shipped the package expeditiously. The package arrived earlier than estimated and the box set and discs were in the as-described New, Sealed, Mint condition. With free shipping, this was an incredible value. I am a repeat customer from this fantastic seller and I will be back for more. Excellent seller! 5 Stars!

  As described. I do want to say that this seller is known to use flimsy packaging. This CD was packaged in that same type of mailer and it DID come open in transit. However, I was lucky with this one, it didn't come out like another I purchased from this seller. Just be aware of that, but really their communication is great and they fix your problems if your CD was damaged or lost.

  Initially received an empty envelope that had been taped shut (who knows where/how/who opened it or allowed it to fall out), but contacted Rarewaves, who were sympathetic and sent a replacement. The item and shipping times were as described! But I really appreciate them making it right, and would recommend them to anyone with confidence. How you treat people makes all the difference and is more important than the things we buy.

  Excellent seller. Item as described. Flawless transaction. Fast shipping. Poor communication. I tried to communicate with him but couldn’t, there’s no way to communicate with him. I forgot to mention that the envelope where the Cd came was opened. I don’t understand how it didn’t get stolen or got lost during the shipping process. Thank you!
