    Inaccurate feedback from a reseller that purchased an inexpensive item & sought to damage our 100% positive feedback rating. The buyer received exactly what was purchased & in a timely manner. Please note that we have 50+ satisfied customers that purchased the same item from the same listing. We promptly issued a refund in an attempt to satisfy this buyer. After being refunded, the buyer asked for additional items at no charge in exchange for revising his feedback. We obviously did not comply.
