It was packaged in a bag with 1 layer of bubble wrap as part of the bag, the bag was torn. The box was torn. Motor makes an uneven grinding noise, pencils do not sharpen. I spoke with seller. Offer-I can return it to them and they will evaluate. If found it fine they will require I pay the shipping back. The seller is in the UK and I,in the US. I paid $170.00 ish. Will cost 50.00+ to ship back. Will be ~$300 at end. I asked to send video no response.
