  This is perfect for someone who is trying to DIY their transmission issues. Quentin gives amazing service before and after purchase, very quick to respond and extremely helpful. He did whatever he could to diagnose my issues (which was not the fault of the product, but my own) and was very patient with me. I've seen programming fees alone cost as much as this conductor plate, incredible value. The product is refurbished and the included instructions are great.

  You wrote this in the wrong place. But sorry to hear that. Your item was already delivered days ago to the address you had on your ebay at the time of your order. You need to go to the prior address in hopes to retrieve your package.   Item work exactly as expected. Being a part that was pre-programmed I was somewhat skeptical but the programming went perfectly. The one issue I did have was resolved quickly by calling the customer service number on the programing instructions. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional. I am definitely keeping this company on my list for further module repair/replacements.
