  This seller is great. They reached out to me before sending the item to let me know they double checked and there ended up being a problem with the item. I'm not a tech savy guy so they ended up giving me a refund. I really appreciate their honesty, they could just as easily have sent me a defective item but they didn't. Honesty goes a long way with me and I wouldn't hesitate for one second to make another purchase from this seller. 👍😀

  Starbucks Matcha power bank is described as new but is defective. This item had clearly been opened before and put back in the box as the inside of the package was torn. Cord does not properly into device. Purchased 2/2/25 but not received until 3/20/25 because seller used a recycled box with an old label not properly covered. I would bot buy from this seller again, especially the Starbucks power bank
