  Asked this to be shipped carefully. Was shipped in a folded piece of cardboard. No box, no bubble wrap. This is a fragile antique. Paid for priority shipping & it shipped ground. Showed up badly damaged. Seller offered a partial refund less than what I paid for shipping. When I asked for the cost of shipping refunded (more than fair) seller got rude & said he wouldn't honor any partial refund. Avoid this seller at all costs. They take no care in shipping valuable items & ignore ebay policy

  Everything is a lie. The item was $75, keep offering $38 . I accepted . Not fragile , not antique . A metal copper stencil . Between 2 pieces of hd cardboard. Never sowed proof of damage. Aced for partial refund I offered $10 he came back with $15. That's when I said return and I pay return shipping. Said he would keep this dadly damaged stencil. Why? Because nothing he said was true. I've been selling on Ebay for 25yrs thousands of items . I am a 100% disabled combat Vet. This is the worst .
