  HAD AN AGREED UPON PRICE & PAYMENT WAS MADE-6 DAYS LATER WAS GIVEN A REFUND SAID ITEM HADN'T MOVED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED TRACKING INFO'. I TOLD THEM TO RE SHIP BUT WAS RELISTED AT A HIGHER PRICE AND WAS TOLD I COULD HAVE A 5% DISCOUNT THAT WOULD MAKE IT COST MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL AGREED UPON PRICE.
