  The seller is refusing to issue a refund on a order I did not receive. They keep trying to claim I received it, but that was from a previous order. I have explained multiple times They are confusing orders. They were given both order numbers and still refuse to issue refund. The picture of the package delivery was from wrong order I have cameras to prove their error and they still refuse to issue refund

  Received wrong item. And after their second attempt and I communicated that it was wrong address/or zip code. Communication stopped. 1st attempt wrong items, Picture showed correct front door (then removed from the messages) the 2nd pictures on the second attempt the door was not ours, and a huge box, for 2 littler containers of seasoning.   Item looked nice. but never received it seller refunded me. so I will give no negative or positive review. Just to be noted this was the second item I ordered from seller. I purchased 2 separate items few days apart from each other. Same results for both. Never got either item and seller issued full refund. Wouldn't recommend buying from truthfully. But wasn't worth giving negative review.
