  Item received as advertised and assembly was very easy and quick. Unfortunately, the cats don't really climb up on it, but that's on the cats! Overall I'm satisfied. Shipping information was incorrect as my package arrived via Amazon and the tracking number provided was for a totally different and unrelated item. But it did arrive and works just fine. Shame the cats don't like it more. There was no communication from the seller at any point through out the transaction.
