  This item was listed for one price or I could make an offer and I did. They came back with a counter offer and I did not accept the offer. A few days later they automatically charged my account for this item without my permission. I messaged them to let them know that they had done this without my permission and they wouldn’t refund my money. They told me that if I didn’t want the item I could return it and when they received it they would refund my money but that was unacceptable.

  Advertisment showed it came with a drive wheel to be powered by motor, it did not come with a wheel. You going to advertise a product send what the picture shows. The description also said it has a drive wheel, but no wheel in the box.Will not buy from this seller again.
